1. Order Confirmation
Shopping online at https://www.barcelonaconcept.com is easy and secure process.
When you have found a product that you wish to buy, just click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add it to your order (you will not be committed to buy at this stage).
You can verify the items in your order at any time throughout your shopping session by clicking the ‘View Your Cart’ link.
You won’t have to buy the items and you can still cancel the order at this point in time. Should you wish to amend your selection, simply click on the ‘delete’ icon next to the product thumbnail image.
To continue shopping, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button.
To complete your purchase, click on the ‘Checkout Out Now’ button and follow the instructions.
Your payment card or PayPal details will then be required together with confirmation of the delivery address.
BarcelonaConcept currently accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro or PayPal (E-check / Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard / Eurocard / Maestro ) as valid payments system.
Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an email with an order confirmation with the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer by you to purchase goods from us.

As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number if available.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below.
Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:
1. The product you ordered is not available.
2. We are not able to obtain authorization for your payment.
3. The discovery of a pricing or product description error.
4. You do not meet the criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions stated here.
2. Cancellation
Once you place an order with BarcelonaConcept, we check to see that the product is available to the specifications you require, and that all of your billing and shipping information is verified.
This process takes us approximately 24 hours. Your order is then forwarded to our distribution center. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order please do it within 24 hours. You can do this cancellation by sending us an email to sales@barcelonaconcept.com with order details.
BarcelonaConcept reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order due to erroneous information being entered on the website or supplied to us by a supplier or any event outside the control of BarcelonaConcept and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.
Pursuant to Article of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, you may withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within the period of 10 days from the release of the product. The product returned by you shall have original packaging as delivered, shall be complete, shall have tags, shall be in “as new” condition. Once we have returned goods in our office, we check it during 3 days. After this time during next 7 days we will return your money excluded the cost of realization of order. The cost of returning the product(s) will be your responsibility and you must insure the transit of the products.
All returns should be shipped directly back to the company who shipped it to you (there should be a return address on the packaging), using the same method it was shipped (UPS, Rhenus, Seur, DHL, DSV, etc.). 3. Delivery andTransport
Delivery dates shown by BarcelonaConcept are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times, past experience and transportation estimates.
Orders may be shipped on, prior to, or after the estimated date. Delivery terms will be considered as accepted by you unless disagreement is notified to BarcelonaConcept in writing within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by you should be given in writing at the time of order placement. From delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods pass to you.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Any items not received must be advised within 14 days. We will not be responsible for any non-delivered items after this time or failure to advise us accordingly.
4. Claims
Our specially trained staff checks your goods to make sure it’s up to our high standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. However, if your purchase is damaged or defective you need to follow the following procedure:
1. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt. If your purchase is damaged you need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt, by sending us photos of damage to the product and evidence of corresponding damage to the box. No claim for replacement can be made after 24 hours.
2. Any claim regarding a damaged or defective item must be made initially by email to: sales@barcelonaconcept.com
3. Our team will assess the damage and if approved will order you a replacement or repair (where applicable).
4. The damaged item must be returned to BarcelonaConcept within 7 working days.
5. The cost of returning the product(s) will be your responsibility and you must insure the transit of the products.
6. In all cases the product(s) must be adequately packed and in the original packaging to prevent further damage. All returns must include the authorization number issued by BarcelonaConcept clearly marked on the outside of the package.
5. Returns
You can return any item purchased from us if you are not satisfied.
You must contact BarcelonaConcept within 14 days of the receipt of the product. If the product is returned unused in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If your original method of payment was payment card we will returns your money on the same payment card you used during a purchase.
The product must be returned to BarcelonaConcept warehouse within 30 days of notification. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories and documentation that was shipped with the product. And we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
For proper credit, a written notice of your cancellation is required; all returns must include the authorization number issued by BarcelonaConcept clearly marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not credit shipping and handling charges.
BarcelonaConcept recommends that you,
1. Use a carrier that offers tracking and,
2. Either insure your package for safe return to BarcelonaConcept or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to,

2. Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Exceptions: Items that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, such as furniture with custom upholstery, cannot be returned. Items that are not in-stock and factory ordered on behalf of the customer, cannot be returned. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. Terms of Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude delivery charges. For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), VAT is automatically removed at checkout.
It is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any taxation issues.
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch of orders.
You confirm that the payment card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
BarcelonaConcept website uses the Euro as its main currency. Payment card and PayPal transactions are conducted in Euros which may be converted automatically by your bank at the current foreign exchange rate. There may be differences between the total sum on this receipt and the amount shown on your payment card or account statement. This is normal, as there are differences in how your bank, and our store calculate foreign exchange rates, the amounts are always small and beyond our control.
All items remain the property of BarcelonaConcept until paid for in full.
7. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first of all contact BarcelonaConcept in order to attempt to reach a friendly solution. Failing this, the Court of Poland shall have sole jurisdiction.
8. Validity
BarcelonaConcept reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without notice. The Terms and Conditions also apply for all Website’s users including those who did not place an order.
